ABOUT ME

Nice to meet you! I’m Jocelyn, and I am an Aries sun and moon and a Pisces rising. I’m a 5/1 Projector in Human Design. ENFP and an Enneagram 8w7. If you’re like me, these categorizations delight and provoke, even as they flatten me into a 2-dimensional label that doesn’t actually tell you who I really am.

I was born into a religious cult, and have sought God on my own path ever since I realized that an external authority and the system in which it works could never guide me to a relationship with the Divine. Both in my childhood and as an adult, I have moved house more times than I can count, and have lived in ten different states and two countries. I’ve had many identities, and joined many movements, only to leave again as an outsider.

In my teens and twenties, I struggled with depression, self-harm and suicidality. Then, when I was 27, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, endometriosis and other autoimmune diseases. I thanked God for these chronic disabilities, as they showed me that I did not want to die or hurt myself anymore: I wanted to be whole. But with these new disease identities I had picked up from conventional medicine, the path to health proved to be dark and winding — a forest lit by a balsamic moon. I began a decade-long journey to heal myself inside and out, encountering many healing modalities along the way. So began the adventure of a lifetime, experimenting with herbs, psychedelics, hypnosis, movement, German New Medicine, somatic healing, sound healing, and so much more. After fifteen years on psych meds, and ten on autoimmune meds, I freed myself of reliance on drugs by addressing my psyche to get to the root cause of my symptoms. My life has completely changed since then, and now, when symptoms of disease arise, I am not afraid.

Throughout my healing journey, I have used esoteric tools — dreamwork, tarot, astrology, human design, hypnosis, prayer — to make sense of what I was going through, to guide me to my path, and to help me stay committed to my transformation, even when it was difficult. My curiosity about the psychic landscape has prompted me into ever deeper study for over twenty years. In my work, I will use these same tools to help you communicate with your own unconscious mind. Your psyche holds the key to your healing, your creativity, your business genius, your greatest love, everything you’ve ever dreamed of manifesting in the material world is called out of the void of the Spirit world.
